I always find to hard to resist buying purple fabrics – it is my favourite colour and comes in so many shades – especially when it is as striking as this one.
Another beautiful slightly textured cotton Shangtung fabric from Sevenberry, this is a geometric design in purple, with greens and white.

A mid-scale design, this won’t overpower you, but still large enough to be seen (pattern repeat about 2 inches), this fabric is perfect for ladies garments of all descriptions.
It has a fluid drape and, being a natural fibre, will be comfortable in wear.
I can imagine it used in dresses and skirt, trousers and jackets. Also ideal for a child’s dress too.
