These batiks from the World of Stripes collection by Robert Kaufman are really difficult to photograph and describe.
Each of the different coloured fabrics contains a plethora of colours in broad (approximately 0.5 inch) irregular stripes.
Irregular stripes are so forgiving – the natural, soft variation along the edges makes sewing so much easier!
The stripes run across the width of the fabric.
These fabrics are a fine cotton and will be useful for all your patchwork projects – with lots of variation for fussy cutting from different parts of the fabric.
They will also be beautiful when used in dressmaking projects – summer skirts and trousers, dresses and tops.

This is colour Pink.
The colours in the fabric are pale shades of pink, lilac, orange, and yellow, all blending subtly into each other.
