A beautiful new collection from Katharine Watson for Moda Fabrics.
The inspiration for this collection was a big bouquet of garden flowers, collected in the late summer when everything in the garden is at its peak.
Katharine used dahlias, zinnias, fennel, feverfew, and more, all collected from her own garden as the source material for original linocut prints. These patterns were taken from the original linocuts and capture the abundance of a garden at the end of the growing season.
The collection is designed with larger florals (approx 3 inches across), plus smaller scale florals and blenders – perfect for your next quilt project.
This design is the star of the collection – a riot of flowers and blooms on a golden ochre coloured background, with flowers in blues, and creams and a deep mustard.
